''Wonderfull spacious and comfortable condo in front of a wide swimming pool in a beautiful garden. All you need for a short or long stay. About 20 buildings of only 2 floors. Next to the beach (5min. walk, 2min if you cross by Beach Break Resort to have a drink or meal). Secure, quiet, but not fare from downtown mainly with bicyles (2 are available freely). Jaco is a very pleasant city : a lot of restaurants, bar, shops... opened in the morning and late at night. Great price (50% off) during green season !!! A bargain. Very helping and nice staff''.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
''It was an excellent stay with my family. First of all the communication with Alian is excellent, he is always very attentive to the details and before arriving at the place looking for how to provide the best service, in addition to his flexibility to adjust to changes and his quick response at all times. From the place much better to how it looks in the photos. All areas of the apartment are very spacious, well distributed and in excellent condition, the kitchen very well equipped. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and if you travel with more than 5 people you can use the sofa bed in the living room which is also very comfortable. The green areas in excellent condition and being in a first level access to these is very simple and from different points of the apartment. The pool is great and a few steps away. Good parking space, security 24/7 and the location of the condominium in very quiet area, 5 minutes from the beach if you are walking, also easy and fast access to the commercial area of Jaco. In short an excellent place 100% recommended''
